Custom fit covers follow the exact contours of the vehicle body. The patterns are designed so the cover protects the sheet metal of the vehicle and normally extends half way down the tire. Custom fit covers are more tailored and will not move around in the wind as much as a universal type cover. Due to body shape, not all covers require mirror pockets. The application guide notes the mirror pockets in each pattern.
